Happy 4th to everyone in the U.S.!!! This mid summer holiday is definitely well deserved since tomorrow is "only" the second day of holidays in the year. A lot of Atlantans, like me, will be running the famous Peachtree Road Race at 7:30 am tomorrow. With more than 55k participants, PRR is one of the world's largest 10K. (It used to be the largest until last year when the number of participants were surpassed by Germany, I think! >.<). Imagine, running with 60,000 people for 6.2 miles!! I am already pumped! It seems like everyone around us is running (or know someone that is running), it will be a definite blast! "Running" in a race like this is definitely impossible, so I have already given up any hope of trying to shatter my PR of 47.37 minutes. My goal tomorrow is to collect all the free T shirts on the road side and take pictures of peoples' butts... so you all can share the excitement with me right here on your computer, without running a step. Everybody agrees that it is good to have time for yourself. Quiet moments which you could just contemplate about yourself, your life. What you have been doing whether it is right or wrong. Think about the way you are leading your life and think about what is still missing. These moments are supposed to help you see yourself better, clarify your thoughts so you can adjust your directions accordingly.
